What is BPPS ?

Bhartiya Prodyogik Prashikshan Sansthan is working under the aegis of skill development program formulated by Government of India. BPPS has been formulated with the cooperation in the form of Registration in Ministry of Labor and Employment, Govt. of India. BPPS is in line with National Vocational Training Program. which firstly focus in skill development program.This body has been facilitated with Copyright Office in the domain of a professional institute ruled by Ministry of HR and Development, Govt of India.

The Ministry of Micro Small and Medium initiative. Govt of India has given us the Udyog Registration to protect standard training. In Small and medium Scale Industries in rural and semi urban areas. All India Information Technology, has been associated with BPPS for IT Literacy and “Digital India” Campaign. BPPS has been Certified with Quality Council of India for its advertise as a Professional Institute. this institute providing skill development program training as per the norms and guidelines.

Note:So, We had conducted Collaborative Training Program with NIESBU. An autonomous institute under Ministry of Skill development program  and Entrepreneurship, Govt of India. But after Discontinuation of Collaborative Training Activities by NIESBUD. All Institutes, we are not in position to conduct any program with NIESBUD now till further Intimation.

How BPPS works ?

The “Skill India” mission which has been started by Honorable Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi and Shri Pratap Singh Rudy. Ministry of Skill development program and Entrepreneurship. It has been implemented with the help of various kinds of Projects, Schemes run by different government departments .so accomplish this mission successfully the work has been segmented into Councils, Training Partners and Assessment Partners.

BPPS takes care of Vocational Training centers (VTC) because the students gen trained in those centers. In the survey of these centers it was found that , are the completion of training VTC don’t issue a diploma/ certificate to the trained candidate which does not recognize the candidate.These practices are implemented due to lack of awareness in the society. but In this Context, BPPS has taken initiative of filling this skill gap. So, Bharya Prodyogik Prashikshan Sansthan has launched Scheme named “Skill Assessment and Certification Project”

Skill development program & Certication Project

The Project is based on the principle of Recognition of Prior Learning. In this Project, the candidate who has undergone any vocational training across the country under the guidance of a trainer will get Assessed and Certified by BPPS. so,The Process has been further categorized into different Levels, because BPPS will authorize the Instuons as Zonal Coordinators (ZC) and Individuals as Institutional Member(IM) to pacethe Scheme.

Mission of BPPS ?

So, The mission of BPPS is to fill skill gap convince in Informal Sector and Unorganized Market in India. Since its foundation, BPPS is primarily engaged in the areas of skill development  program and training,  development of models and teaching methodologies to strengthen the non formal education sector, services dissemination across semi urban and rural, so all of which are aimed at achieving an objective of addressing the skill gaps pertinent to the emerging needs of a rapidly growing economy.

Vision

Under BPPS, trainees with prior experience or skills and competencies will be computed. so This will be an important step towards identify the skills possessed by workers working in the informal sector and their inclusion. This will also facilitate the process of skill upgradation and re-skill of the existing workforce. The focus of BPPS would be on those job-roles and sectors in which it is most desired and it will be accompanied with a strong advocacy campaign to promote a paradigm shift in the labor market to make skill training to standards aspiration.

Objective Of BPPS

To contribute significantly to the universal target of skill and up-skill 500 million people in India by 2022, mainly by fostering private sector initiatives in skill development program .
