Franchise Requirements

The following are the main points to be considered to take the Franchise of K Lounge in India.

1. Area Required 800- 1000 Sq.Ft.Carpet
2. Franchise Margin 44 % on MRP
3. All Taxes and Transportation will be borne by the franchise
4. All interior design, drawings, and layout will be provided by the company architect.
5. All interior, furniture, and other expenses in Capex will be borne by the franchise.
6. Stock will be sent as per choice and selection of franchise
7. All Payments in Advance
8. All advertising expenses local and national level will be done by Company
9. All Marketing Expenses will be done by the Company
10. Store merchandise set up, training, and in-store will be done by the Company
11. Regular visits of a representative from the company will be done to maintain the look and feel of the store

Process of Starting K Lounge Franchise

The Company will send our architect to your location after receiving the Franchise fee and Architect fee.

• The architect will make the store layout plan, interior design as per the standard look. You should start the fit-out of the store immediately after receiving all the details from our Architect.
• You should visit our corporate office to select the merchandise. All merchandise will be sent to your location once 70% of store work is done.
• Killer Jean’s team will visit and do store merchandise set up, interior Visual merchandising, flex, posters, banners, etc. in your store.
• They will also provide you the training in software operations.
